Everything in the room is confidential to IntelligenceQ Ltd. You will use it only to evaluate an investment in the seed round, and for nothing else.

Every page you view is marked with your name and the time; your logins, page views and searches are recorded, and you consent to that.
You may share what you learn only with partners, colleagues and professional advisers who need it for the same purpose and are bound at least as tightly, and you remain responsible for them.
You will not approach customers, collaborators, licensors, advisers or shareholders named in the room without the company's written consent, and will not use the technical descriptions to train, benchmark or design any system or to file for any intellectual-property right.
Nothing in the room is an offer of securities or a representation to be relied on; items marked [to confirm] are unverified. Definitive agreements alone will carry warranties.
These obligations last three years after your last access, and indefinitely for trade secrets and the NDA tier. English law; English courts.
