How the data room processes personal data

Performance of the Access Terms you accepted (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); the Company's legitimate interests in protecting its confidential information, administering its funding round and complying with financial-promotion rules (Article 6(1)(f)); and legal obligations where they apply (Article 6(1)(c)). We do not use the data for marketing and do not sell it.
The Company's directors and, where necessary, its legal advisers. Processors: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, security and storage; data may be processed in the EU, UK and US under Cloudflare's data-processing terms); Resend, Inc. (delivery of one-time codes and invitations); and Google LLC (Google Fonts, which receives your network address and browser type when the room's typefaces load). Records may be disclosed where the law requires or to enforce the Access Terms.
Six years from the date of each record, to match the limitation period for contractual claims. One-time codes are deleted on use or after ten minutes. Sessions expire after twelve hours.
You may ask for access to, correction or erasure of your data, object to or restrict processing, and ask for portability, by writing to swapnil.khadke@intelligenceq.ai. Erasure may be refused where the Company needs the record to evidence the Access Terms. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
One strictly necessary cookie (dr_session) keeps you signed in. The room also stores reading progress and your private notes in your own browser only; they are never sent to the Company.
Access is by one-time code to an invited address; content is served only to signed-in, accepted users over HTTPS, and NDA-tier documents only to viewers approved for them; every page is watermarked with the viewer's identity; the room blanks on loss of focus; sign-ins, document opens and page fetches are logged on the server. No system can stop a camera, which is why the undertaking and the log exist.
